Digital Delivery: Nothing Is Shipped

TrueMelodies sells digital products only: personalized songs, lyric sheets, cover art and related add-ons. Nothing is shipped to a physical address, and there are no shipping fees.

How You Receive Your Song

• Your song page. As soon as your payment goes through, your full song unlocks on your private song page, at the same link where you heard your free preview. Most songs are ready within a minute.
• Your delivery email. We email the link to your song page to the address you gave us, from TrueMelodies (support@truemelodies.com). From your song page you can play and download your song as an MP3, and, if your order includes it, your lyric sheet.
• The Keepsake Edition. After purchase, you can choose your cover and write a personal note; they are added to your song page and your download.

Delivery Time

We deliver within 24 hours of purchase, and usually within minutes. In rare cases (technical problems, provider outages or unusually high volume), delivery may take up to 24 additional hours; we will email you if that happens. If your song still has not been delivered after that, you can have a full refund (see our Refund Policy).

If You Can't Find Your Song

• Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an email from TrueMelodies.
• Use "Track your order" on truemelodies.com with your order number and email address to get your song link again.
• Or email support@truemelodies.com and we'll send it to you.

Download and Keep Your Song

Your song is yours to keep: download it so you always have your own copy. Your song page stays available as described in our Terms of Service.
